We visited our friends Henk and Lidia in Nijmegen. Lidia is a musician and artist. These are rolls that burned a bit on the back, so she didn't want to serve them--instead, she painted these faces on them to show how they felt about being burned. The meal that Lidia cooked for us was absolutely wonderful--a vegetable-and-cheese tart wrapped in crisp filo pastry.
