The Torre Latino Americana (Latin American Tower), 595 feet (44 stories) was once the tallest building in Mexico City, but now ranks fourth. We went to the observation platform at the top, just after sunset. The lights of Mexico City stretch to the horizon in every direction. Unfortunately all my photos of this spectacle came out blurred.
