The conference was held at the Lorentz Center. We were given the use of offices. One of the offices contains this bookshelf. These old books were inherited from a Dutch professor who was friends with Einstein. Recently an unpublished handwritten manuscript of Einstein was discovered in the bookcase pictured here. Now it's locked! Historians are examining its contents more carefully, but we were locked out of it.
