In Chicago, I missed both my original connection and the new connection. A broken baggage belt delayed my bag, and I had to take it through customs, so I couldn't just abandon it; the customs line, the train to the other terminal, and the security line used up too much time, so when I got to the gate the door was closed. I could wave goodbye to the pilot and my bag. Then I had to stand in line with 200 other people for one customer service agent. |
